Discover how you can navigate through
the tangled web of small business and see the light at the end of the tunnel....

Dear Friend,

Are you frustrated with the current state of affairs of your small business and just don't know where to turn?

Maybe you're looking to start a small business and just need some guidance and help with getting things sorted out before you make the big move?

Are you frustrated with not being able to drive more traffic to your existing business?

Has the whole process of utilizing the Internet to drive leads and sales just got you baffled?

Could it be that you have lots of questions but some seem to go unanswered and this complicates your situation?

Deep down you have this desire to have your business succeed but there seem to be so many obstacles that get in the way!

Have you been looking for someone to run your ideas past but this person seems to allude you, all the while your frustration builds?

Or maybe you've already had an unpleasant experience with a 'so called expert.'

"I'm not sure where you stand but I know this... there are solutions to your problems and issues that you're experiencing in your small business."

  • How would your life change if you could discover ways to accomplish more and work less?
  • What if you could have someone at your side giving you guidance and help?
  • Close your eyes and imagine being able to take your business to the next level and accomplish what you set out to do in the first place.
  • Can you picture the day where you might even be able to work part time due to having systems in place that allow you this freedom?

Now if you're just getting started on the small business path and need help because you're feeling overwhelmed, overloaded and just not sure which way to turn, that's a different story altogether. You see, I know how you feel because I've been down that road many times; more than six to be exact. From home based and family businesses to physical stores, partnerships, agencies and contract positions, I know that starting up a small business can be a very frustrating, yet exciting process at the same time. This all depends on your current situation and how far along the trail you are.

On the other hand if you've been established in small business for a while and seem to be running up against roadblocks, I understand this dilemma too. Roadblocks like creative snafus, stagnant sales, mangled marketing and customer service headaches, I've run into them all! Yep, you read that right. Been there and done that for 25 years! So I understand where you are coming from.

Soooo.... How can I help you in your small business journey? Great question. Let's see if I can answer that now.

Well, first off, I might not be able to help you at all in your small business or search for getting started in small business. Not all fits are good.... In some cases it might not be a good fit for both of us. The best way I can share this with you is to paint a picture: Ever have a pair of expensive shoes you bought that didn't quite fit so they stayed in the closet until you donated them to Goodwill? Many times this is the case with coaching and small businesses. It's not a good fit, so there's no point in moving forward.

Here are a few people who thought it was a good fit:

To whom it may concern:

I have been a manufacturer in the State of Washington for almost eighteen years. It has been quite a rollercoaster ride. Trying to run production and work with customers at the same time can be challenging to say the least. I met Dave Krygier as one of my customers in 1999. Little did I know how important meeting him would be.

There was a time when I wasn't sure what direction to go with my business. Nothing was working to bring in new business, and the economy had slowed in 2001. Dave contacted me out of the blue. We met and talked and he was able to get me to start thinking "out of the box".

Being buried in production, had me doing whatever my customers wanted. With no sales help, Dave injected his wisdom and I truly believe he actually helped save my company from going under. His energy and persistence rubbed off on me. Dave helped me work smart, which is huge. He taught me to build relationships, not just get customers. One of my favorite quotes from him was: "Why work yourself to death for a customer that couldn't care less about you". It made a lot of sense and still does.

Dave Krygier has been vital in helping me to stay alive in this trying economy. He helped send me in a direction that is still paying off today. He is a good friend who is always there for me to talk to. I feel blessed to have met him and his family.

Sincerely,

Ron L.

Dave Krygier has great business insight. He has helped me on and off line with two business ventures. His knowledge of marketing strategies has saved me time and big bucks. Whenever he talks - I listen. Can't wait for your next gig."

Sincerely,

What is a good fit? Here's my short checklist. If you find yourself and/or your business in this list then we might be able to work together:

You're searching and looking to Start a Business, need a little help and someone to run ideas by before you take the next step (most people call this the leap of faith).
You're a Solopreneur (sole proprietor) and have questions or need help with something to do with sales, marketing, advertising or customer service.
You are a Small Business owner (1 to 30 employees) and need help but haven't been able to find or locate someone who understands your challenges and issues with sales and marketing.
You work in Sales Management for a small business and need help with increasing sales or developing a new sales funnel.
You Direct or Manage a small business' marketing endeavors and need outside input from time to time.
You Own or Manage an advertising/marketing agency (10 or less employees) and need help with bringing in new business 'biz dev'.
Are looking for ways to Increase Exposure in your small business by utilizing the Internet.
Looking for new or additional ways to Drive Traffic through the front door of your retail, wholesale or service business.
Are Working Online and having a difficult time connecting with prospects and subscribers.
Find Yourself Overwhelmed with the daily tasks of running your small business but can never seem to dig out and get ahead.
Are Fed Up, tired of banging your head against the wall, need help and are willing to listen and learn. In other words, you've reached the end of your rope.
Have you Run out of Options and need an unbiased, outsider's viewpoint to hopefully shed some light on issues you are having with sales, marketing, or customer service.

You Need Help with merging your offline sales with online marketing?

Did you check off
one or more of the above items?

If so, then you should take one or both of the following steps right now...

How long will it take???
You need answers as soon as possible! Is there a certain time frame and/or hours that are required?

This really depends on you, what your situation is, how many questions you have and what kind of information you provide me.

You might find answers to your questions in my introductory email series (sign up below), maybe during the 30 minute call, possibly within the first one hour consultation, or from a product that I recommend. Honestly, the 30 minute call is usually "a get to know" session unless you provide me information in advance about your hot issue or challenge. After this 30 minute call, we should have a better understanding of what you need and if I can even help you.

Here's the way I see it....

You as a small business owner have plans, goals and hopefully a vision. It's your dream, your vision, and your goals - not mine. I'm here to help you and your business, not hurt you. That wouldn't do either of us any good. I mean, you do want a strong, healthy business that continues to grow, develop and stay profitable, right?
If I can help you find a solution to a challenge, problem, or issue that you have and it only takes one to two hours, then there's victory for both of us. You've found a solution and can move on.

With all that said, here's the cold, honest truth - My coaching isn't for everyone and I only personally work with a very limited number of small business owners that truly desire and need the help and assistance in the areas that I specialize in. These areas are sales, which includes business development, marketing, advertising, and customer service, related to both offline and online ventures.

Am I knowledgeable in other areas like warehousing, logistics, and finance? Yes I am, due to years of working in these areas, but I don't coach and specialize in them. If you need help in these areas I might be able to refer you to someone who can assist and better guide you.

If you are searching and looking for solutions and are ready to make the change, then let's get busy!

Here's my promise to you:

1.) I'll give you the straight scoop, skinny and the way I see it in the first 30 minute strategy session, plus tell you right away if I see it as a good fit or not.

2.) I'll add value whenever and wherever I can and always give you my honest feedback and answers to your questions.

3.) In any one-on-one phone call, in-person meetings, or email correspondence, I will give you everything I've got and not hold back or sugar-coat anything.

Ok, so let's get down to it....

Are you ready to get started and take the next step and want to communicate with me now?   Send me a message and we'll touch bases.

Not ready to get started or maybe you're still curious, cautious, and unsure; then I want to encourage you to sign up for my Small Biz Guide "Tactics, Tips and Strategies for Small Business" and get to know me a little better. When you sign up, there'll be a confirmation email sent to your inbox to confirm your subscription. After this you'll be receiving a series of emails with valuable tips and information pertaining to small business.

If it's meant to be, we'll be working together. Like I said earlier, I only work with a very, very limited number of people on a personal, one-on-one basis. If we don't ever work together on a one-on-one basis, I hope you take away something positive from my info guides and reports, and that you put this information to work in your business.

To your continued success!

Dave Krygier
